The color red: Red has more personal associations than any other color. Recognized as a stimulant, red is inherently exciting and the amount of red is directly related to the level of energy perceived. Red draws attention and a keen use of red as an accent can immediately focus attention on a particular element.

Today is one of my absolute favorite designers birthdays..

                          MARC JACOBS.

Marc Jacobs is the head designer for Marc Jacobs as well as his diffusion line Marc By Marc Jacobs

He is also the creative director of the French Design house Louis Vuitton.

"Marc Jacobs was born in New York City on April 9, 1963. After graduating from the High School of Art and Design in 1981 he entered Parsons School of Design. As a design student at Parsons, Jacobs was the recipient of some of the schools highest honors including Design Student of the Year"

I have quite a few pairs already, but you can never have to many mouse shoes.

                     Marc Jacobs has also worked with

                                  my favorite Makeup artist Francois Nars.

After 10 years of hiatus, Francois Nars marked his return to the runway in a larger than life way by leading the makeup direction for Marc Jacobs Autumn/Winter 2009 show.
